1.What is the price and payment term in Gritech?
Price term could be FOB, CNF or CIF which is according to the client requirements. Main Payment term: < 5000USD, 30% of the total payment deposit, balance before shipping. >5000USD, 30% of the total payment deposit, and balance against the B/L Draft.
 
2. Is customized samples available ? Free or not ? 
Customized samples are available. If simple customize requirement like size, color, then we’d like to support your business and free of charges, the only thing you need to do is provide the express account number for ship cost collecting. But if you need us to customize the printings on the packings, or special structures of the insulation materials, we have to charge the sample cost accordingly as we have much cost of the machine and materials, hope you can undertand.
 
3. What is the normal production time ?
Generally speaking, it’s up to the quantity and structures you ordered, normally it takes 5-10 workdays and for the bulk goods, Partial shipment is acceptable.
